We are looking for an Operational Manager for Car Washes in SW Florida. Must have car wash and detailing experience. Starting salary is 55k annually plus tips and bonus. The company is expanding so there is growth opportunity as well as equity partnership. Every new location will result in salary increase. Responsibilities as follows: Responsibilities for Operational Manager will be as follows: (but not limited to) 1.     Develop procedure and policies for hand wash locations. 2.     Train managers and employees a.     Proper technique b.     Safety c.     Sales d.     Overall customer service 3.     Discipline employees when needed 4.     Set up new locations (operationally) 5.     Interview and hire staff 6.     Ensure locations are equipped with proper equipment and job supplies 7.     Overall oversite of all locations as we grow Please contact Gregg at 917-538-7077
