In our Belly Dance class, we will be introduced to the beautiful movements with proper belly dance technique, traveling steps, historical context, and more! Belly dance has been known to be beneficial for both strengthening your core, improving posture, stamina, breathe, while also learning to freely express your soul through dance. You can expect a thorough workout learning to dance so please dress comfortable in yoga-type and bring water! No experience necessary. Age 16 + up, please. ♥ Masks? We will not be asking any personal information regarding any health history as we wish to respect everyone's privacy and comfort. If you wish to wear a mask you may, and if you wish to not, this is respected as well.
