Stop the glorification of busy and join us for a moment of pause. Take this opportunity to pause, to breathe and to relax. We're already in May, nearly half of the year has passed. It's been hectic and many of us put off allowing ourselves a well earned moment of pause :-) Join us in a peaceful, natural setting to stretch and relax your body so you can realign your focus. Class will begin at 10:00am. As a consideration of everyone's time, please be at the location, shoes off and ready at 10:00am. You'll need your yoga mat, and perhaps something to drink, sunscreen, sunglasses and bug spray. Class will be for 60 minutes. **Look for "Yoga Class" sign** Class cost: $25 per person *There are no restroom facilities on site*
