An organic dinner and sunset sailing experience. Set sail aboard the B’Quest Tripp 40 for a beautiful and relaxing Metta Sailing Experience featuring delicious organic food and drinks by holistic chef Victor Nguyen of Kitchen Metta. While we will be mostly in the bay, we may venture out into more exciting open waters, depending on the group. For those who are interested, learn sailing techniques with Captain Ericson. Join us for a fun and memorable experience. Chill out and enjoy fine culinary delights and a beautiful Southern California sunset together with the Metta community! Captain Keith Ericson: Keith Ericson is a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain, Master of Tow, American Sailing Association (ASA) Certified Instructor, and Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Certified Diver. He served 10 years in the US Navy as a Commissioned Officer and has a lifetime of boating experience, including instruction, deliveries, racing, and cruising. Holistic Chef Victor Nguyen: HHP & CMT #13960 Victor founded The Metta Space in 2011 to create a comfortable and safe community of individuals to support one another and optimize their holistic health, wellness, and spirituality. Trained in various healing modalities, including massage & bodywork, kundalini yoga & meditation, Litios Lightwork, and sound healing, Victor offers a light-filled, holistic, and fun approach to creatively support those who are ready to transform their lives. In addition, Victor founded Kitchen Metta in 2009 and is passionate about creating organic culinary experiences that not just delight the senses but uplifts the soul as well. In his free time, Victor enjoys taking naps at the beach, scuba diving, and hiking.
