Millan announced a new partnership between the tax collector's office and the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay to bring awareness of the Crisis Center's services to the 1.4 million taxpayers that visit their offices each year."There is an abundance of programs and services offered by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay that is often unknown to the general public," says Nancy C. Millan. "We wanted to not only share this vital information with our team but also with all of the taxpayers we serve each year," she continued.This partnership is the first for the Tax Collector's office and the Crisis Center. The ongoing collaboration will allow the distribution of critical informational materials to the tax collector offices and mental health experts from the Crisis Center being available to speak at events both internally and externally."The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is honored to partner with Nancy Millan and the Hillsborough County Tax Collector's Office during Mental Health Awareness Month and through the year. The tax collector's office interacts with most adult residents of Hillsborough County.
