Washington County 4-H Demonstrations Washington County 4-H Demonstrations and Public Speaking Washington County 4-H Contests are a competitive showcase of youth talent throughout the County. WashCo 4-Hers gather for a chance to win County Champion in their 4-H project area. This year we are sponsoring the following competitions: Horse Demonstration, 4-H General Demonstrations, Public Speaking; Impromptu and Prepared. Winners receive prizes and a chance to compete at the state level. This event showcases skills in a competitive environment where youth achieve goals and are recognized for their hard work and skills.
