Raw Yoga Studios and The Plant Stand of Arizona present Yoga and Sound Healing in the Greenhouse Have you ever wanted to practice yoga and meditate in a jungle of living plants?! Well here’s your chance!! We are excited for this event and hope you will be too! There will be a live DJ Dekez & Danglez who will provide the music as we have 30 minute vinyasa flow and then sound healer Mimi Miller will provide 30 minutes of sound healing and sound meditation with her gong, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, rainstick, Buffalo drum, and more! Every ticket purchased will get a free plant included; plant valued at $9.95! Who doesn’t love free plants?! Participants will also get 30 minutes of shopping time around the nursery before The Plant Stand opens! The Giving Tree Cafe will be there to provide cold pressed juices and stuff for purchase after class! We hope to see you on your mats! It’s recommended to show up 15 minutes early to get your spot and all settled in :)
