Powder Coating and Sand Blasting Phoenix area manufacturer is expanding, looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to fill two full-time positions ASAP. We are business that is growing rapidly and we have an urgent opening to prepare and monitor our product for Powder Coating. The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills: —Motivated individual who is willing to learn —Previous experience with powder coat painting (2 years preferred) —Previous experience Sandblasting, cleaning and prepping material for powder coating is a plus. —Forklift experience a plus, but not required, will train —Able to work in the heat — Looking for physically fit individuals, able to lift heavy items, up to 75 lbs —Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs. —Work 40 hours a week —Ability to wear a respirator as needed; —Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment (including hot, cold and/or noisy areas); Essential Responsibilities: Prepare parts for coating including, cleaning and masking. Inspects parts for defects. Ensure safety guidelines are being met to ensure a safe work environment. Load and unload parts or product onto racks or fixtures. General Info: —Work schedule starts early to beat the heat, and vary slightly based on season.
