During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. In this session we will be doing an active breath which will allow you to surrender into the breath to enter a somewhat altered and embodied state. This breath allows you to gently bring up what no longer serves you and transmute it.
Many people find breathwork supports them in deep relaxation, reduced anxiety, as well as inspired and energized in days following.
This group session will be about 60-75 min.
We will be outside at The Point in the grassy area
Please bring water, a yoga mat or something to lay on, a pillow and a blanket.
It’s important to be gentle with yourself and drink lots of water following a breathwork session.
