Police Search For Suspected Cologne Thief With Distinctive Tattoo

Fortunately, they've got a pretty big to his identity: the suspect has a distinctive neck tattoo which officers believe says "Karma" in all caps. The suspect also has several other prominent tattoos, including some cursive script on his right forearm. Officers are asking that anyone who recognizes that distinctive neck tattoo give their Detective Federici at (253) 853-2421.
