Memorial Day is around the corner, so let's honor our bloodline and all who came before us in this grounding, yet dynamic yoga & dance event Memorial Day is around the corner, so let's honor our bloodline and all who came before us in this grounding, yet dynamic yoga practice & silent disco! We'll meet at Lakewood Cemetery, a beautiful space with lot of nooks and crannies to explore while dancing & go through all of the sun salutations multiple times. There will also be a guided meditation, journal practice, guided chant and group share for those who wish to. For the silent disco, bring your own music, earbuds and perhaps music that would have spoke to your ancestors & get ready in this workshop to come full circle, with the past, present and future, all at once, through your relatives & becoming one with which is! * Funds will go towards the Alzheimer's Association, in honor of my father, whom lives with Alzheimer's currently. We'll meet in Lakewood cemetery just right after you enter the front gates & to the right - there is some open lawn space there, as well as a bike rack.
