MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 17, Richard Romanchick, of Milford, purchased a KENO ticket from the Colony News & Lotto store in Milford and won $10,000.
