MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 17, Mark Uliano, of Milford, purchased a 30x Cash 8th Edition ticket from Galaxy Fuel in Milford and won $10,000.
