STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old boy. Authorities described the boy, Semaj Cole, as a runaway. The sheriff's office said that Cole may be in the area of Garrisonville Road in Stafford County. They did not provide any further information about where he may be. Police said Cole is about five feet nine inches tall, and weighs approximately 120 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, the sheriff's office said.
