Job Description House and Hound Sitters is Marin’s premier custom dog walking and house sitting service. At House and Hound Sitters we focus on walking just one family of dogs at a time so that they get the exact walk they want at a pace that’s right for them. Most of our walks involve walking just one dog in their neighborhood. Some dogs opt for an “adventure hike” where we bring them to a trail, the beach, or our private dog park. We also run play groups of hand selected dogs at our private play yard. We have an app that allows walkers to see their schedule, communicate with owners, and to send pictures/walking reports. Our insurance covers you while you’re with the dogs and we take care of all the scheduling and billing headaches. Walkers earn $20-$30/hr. Must be able to work from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday for full time. Include your availability for part time work. Requirements: Love the outdoors Be Punctual, reliable, and feel comfortable with clients as well as their pets Be available to walk dogs in Sausalito, Mill Valley, and Tiburon Clean driving record Car large enough to transport large dogs safely Use of a cell phone Be physically fit and able to handle larger dogs Have reliable transportation and a cell phone If you think this would be a good fit for you, send a short note with your experience, availability and why you'd like to walk dogs!
