Full-service Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, & Snow Removal company located in Shakopee. We are seeking Experienced Lawn & Landscaping Foreman & Laborers to join our team. LAWN MAINTENANCE FOREMAN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: • MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING COMMERCIAL STANDERS, RIDERS, WALK BEHIND MOWERS, & WEED WHACKERS • MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND ABILITY TO TOW & BACK TRUCK/TRAILERS Main duties of this full time position include weekly maintenance of both commercial & residential lawns including mowing, weed whacking, trimming, blowing, bush trimming and other light landscaping. Must have good sense of direction and be able to use a GPS system for directions to & from locations. Driver will be responsible for overseeing other crew members, ensuring work is completed correctly, in a timely manner and to company standards and be able to document information for daily route records. LANDSCAPING FOREMAN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: • MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL LANDSCAPING • MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND ABILITY TO TOW & BACK TRUCK/TRAILERS • MUST BE ABLE TO PROPERLY INSTALL BRICK PAVERS/PATIOS, RETAINING & SEATING WALLS, BUSHES/PLANTS/TREES & OTHER GENERAL LANDSCAPING DUTIES • MUST KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY SET BASE AND ACHIEVE PROPER GRADE Main duties of this full time position include regular landscape maintenance of both commercial & residential properties including clean ups, planting trees & shrubs, bed edging, aeration/dethatching, installation of paver patios, walks, retaining walls, as well as lawn maintenance tasks when needed. LAWN/LANDSCAPING LABOR CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: • MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO WORK ON TIME • MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY - FRIDAY • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS WELL PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED) • FERTILIZATION & PESTICIDE LICENSE • IRRIGATION START UP/SHUT DOWN & REPAIR KNOWLEDGE PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE WITH POSSIBLE SNOW REMOVAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE WINTER TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATES
