EAST HAVEN, CT - An East Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Bristol earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 19, Justin Tourangeau, of East Haven, purchased a 10x Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Bristol Citgo and won $10,000.
