This unique meditative experience helps to reduce anxiety and stress as the vibration from the crystal bowls, gongs, and drums wash over you. Trust yourself and align with your true vibration! You will embark on a journey of self exploration and reflection that focuses on rooting yourself in principles of mental, physical, and spiritual balance. You are encouraged to bring water, yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye cover to assist your comfort level and help you reach a deep relaxing mind-state possible.
