That's because businesses in the Harford Mall are putting up signs letting people know they are hiring. All job seekers have to do to find places with open positions is stroll the mall looking for yellow signage that says: "Now Hiring | Inquire Within." Mall personnel said many employers will be hosting on-site interviews, according to mall officials, who advised: "Bring your resume and be ready to talk!"
