Yelp look what you were doing to my business

Hi everybody I own Rob's plumbing in Oxnard California. I want everybody to take a look at what Yelp has done to my business. I am far from perfect and I get negative reviews at times but take a look at my business page on Yelp they have filtered out over 108 legitimate reviews 100 of them are five stars they are all legitimate reviews from my legitimate customers. Why does Yelp do this I have no clue. They also take all the worst reviews in the filtered section and place them first everybody take a look at Rob's plumbing in Oxnard and look like Yelp has done to my business on their site tar and feathers to you Yelp
