BOULDER, CO — A man was arrested in connection with a crime spree Tuesday in downtown Boulder, police said. Joshua Michael Menendez, 29, faces charges of menacing, criminal mischief, third-degree assault and obstructing a peace officer, Boulder police said. A cyclist was riding on the bike path near Broadway and Arapahoe Avenue, when Menendez ran towards him and kicked him off his bike, according to police. Menendez then punched the cyclist in the head multiple times and ran off, authorities said. The cyclist said he didn't know Menendez.
