Last seen at Lake Merrit in Oakland, CA. The information i have on the dog theft is a woman who stole Oreo whose name is Suzette approximately 24 year’s old with Mexican ethnicity about 5’4 159lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Driving a 2010 burgundy red Honda Accord. She resides in multiple cities mostly around Oakland/Hayward. Will give a reward if Oreo is found and returned.
