Steering Repair Needed

My 2006 Ford E250 needs the steering gear box replaced. I have a more detailed description of what is needed to improve my steering which has too much " play" in it. I am anticipating that this is a 3 hour job. I am looking for someone experienced who has done this type job before and is knowledgeable in knowing where to get he necessary parts. I will pay $35 per hour plus additional performance bonuses based off your ability to do the repair the right way. I have no problem in paying $100-$150 or more in performance bonuses. I am only looking for someone who can do the job quickly, efficiently and to be a true professional. This means that you will show up on time and complete the project. You must have at least 3 years experience doing steering repairs. You DO NOT need to be a certified auto mechanic. The ideal candidate will have a resume(but not mandatory). I need to be sure that my vehicle is safe to drive. Please DO NOT be offended if I ask for an account of your experience repairing ford steering.
