Job: Food Production Compensation: $16.7 / hr DOE Employment Type: Part Time Location: Ballard, Seattle Start Date: ASAP. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis. Stocked is a local food manufacturer and distributor. We represent dozens of craft made brands and proudly sell them to independent grocery stores around the country. Key Responsibilities Include: Production of Shelf Stable Foods (spices, vinegars, sauces, condiments, and much more!) Maintenance of Kitchen Space Clean all Kitchen Spaces and Equipment Batch Tracking and Compliance Inventory Check and Outage Alerts Receive, Restock, Organize Supplies Execute Daily and Weekly Cleaning Duties Receive and process kitchen products and supplies Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations Receive inventory and sign paperwork upon receipt Key Requirements: Ability to work 8+ hours on your feet throughout a scheduled shift. Flexibility to move to different positions throughout a shift as needed. Must have the adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift up to 50 pounds Be organized and accurate Use time management skills Must have a great eye for detail Must have basic math skills Have a King County Food Worker Card.
