In need of a handyman for general maintenance and miscellaneous tasks at 3 of our Tacoma rental properties. Examples of tasks include: -Providing new tenants with keys, getting keys cut at a locksmith -Maintenance of smart locks (changing batteries, reconnecting to Wifi, troubleshooting if malfunctioning, etc.) -Meeting appliance installers at properties -Staining exterior fencing/decks -Painting, caulking, drywall patching -Minor plumbing repair (unclog toilet, snake drain, or replace gasket) -General repairs Optional: -Bi-weekly lawn care -Glass recycling pickup/dropoff Requirements: -Basic handyman skills -Reliable transportation -Responsiveness -Respectful communication with tenants -Clean criminal record -High quality of character -Own tools necessary for basic handyman functions (we can provide a few) Next steps: -Send me a paragraph about yourself, what experience you have, where you live, and what you’re looking for.
