Experience Required: • 6 months construction experience preferred but not necessary. • Able to work with customers and coworkers in a professional and respective way • Good consistent and quality work • Must be motivated, reliable, and able to make good decisions • Lots of room for growth. • Mostly residential work. Shingle experience is a plus. Duties include: • Clean & prepare job sites • Work outdoors • Able to work on roofs • Must be able to lift 80 lbs. • Must have great work ethics, willing to learn, be on time and be a team player. • Dependable and reliable • Follows instruction and capable of working independently • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. • Up to Full time (40 hrs) - hours may vary Performance review conducted after 90 days Email description of skills/experience/resume
