Floor Maintenance Technician needed

FMC - a local janitorial services company, seeks experienced floor technician to perform commercial floor waxing services. Tasks will include stripping and refinishing vinyl and VCT floors, buffing, machine scrubbing and various other floor tasks. If you are not experienced in floor services, we will train. If you are experienced, please be able to show 3-5 years relevant experience doing this type of work. The job is part-time but up to 40 hours some weeks. Must have current WSDL, proof of car insurance and be able to pass a criminal background check
