Seattle Staffing LLC is seeking a FULL TIME Light Maintenance/ Cleaning/ Carwash Attendant to add to our team! We help take care of 10 commercial properties, which include retail shops, office space, and a carwash, so there is always something going on. We are looking for an honest, dependable, self-starter with a great attitude - you'll get one of the most interesting jobs you've ever had! Current Schedule is 7:30a-4:00p, Tues-Sat, but schedule may be flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities and Duties Maintenance: -Minor facility repairs and installations -Graffiti Removal -Move and install furniture, shelving, etc. -Hone the skills you have and learn new ones -We will train with the right person Cleaning: -Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floor surfaces -Empty wastebaskets -Clean restrooms, replenish towels, tissue and soap dispensers -Spot clean interior glass windows, surface areas -Clean lunch rooms to include floors, walls and sinks Car Wash Duties: -Greeting and helping customers -Resolve small customer issues -Report and accurately describe mechanical issues -Cleaning car wash facility APPLY HERE:
