Disabled lady looking for a small dog for companion to live in a 1 brm apt. Apartment does not allow pits or pit mixes. She is on a fixed income, so she cannot afford a rehoming fee that is more than 100.0 to 150.00. Please help me find my friend a companion that will be loved for the rest of its life.
