The Utility Technician position performs a variety of activities and equipment operation in the construction, operation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of city water and sewer facilities and systems. On–call assignments are required. Utility Technician I: Entry level position. Utility Technician II: Journey level position. Utility Technician III: Journey level position.
