Press release from the City of Lake Forest: May 20, 2021 The City of Lake Forest will host a Fourth of July Firework Show on July 4 after the City Council approved programming for the summer. The Fourth of July Firework Show will feature a 20+ minute firework show, live performances, food vendors and other festivities. The event will begin at 6:30 pm with fireworks beginning at 8:30 pm. Residents are encouraged to arrive at the Sports Park at 6 pm. Overflow parking will be available at Saddleback Church. Additional summer programming will include two summer concerts with the first at Pittsford Park on August 7 and the second on September 18 at the Sports Park.
