GLENDORA, CA — The National Hot Rod Association has put its current corporate headquarters in Glendora up for sale, according to a recent report from Autoweek magazine. NHRA's current Glendora headquarters occupies a 1.65-acre campus at 2035 Financial Way and comprises 28,335 square feet of office and warehouse space. No price is listed for the campus, but the property's assessed value is estimated to be around $4.6 million, Autoweek reported. The drag racing organization won't leave the city entirely. The organization will move to smaller office space and split its operations between California and Indianapolis, Jeffrey Young, NHRA's vice president of marketing and communications, told the magazine. "We are reevaluating our office space needs, based on what we have learned through the pandemic," he said. "We will still maintain a headquarters in Glendora as well as our current office space in Indianapolis." The Indianapolis office will oversee day-to-day operations while several executives will remain in Glendora, the magazine reported.
