I found this well loved & preserved wallet sized photo near Merritt Road in East Lansing in late April. Does anybody recognize these people? The man's shirt has The City of East Lansing logo on it. This was a few blocks from the former E.L. City garage etc, but doubtful this pic has been outside for very long. Clearly it meant a lot to the person who has carried it for what appears to be years. I don't believe the pic would be electronically saved, and therefore irreplaceable.
