ITU AbsorbTech is looking for an Order Entry Specialist (Order Analyst) to join our team in Titusville. Apply here: The Order Analyst’s main responsibility is to function as a liaison, supporting our internal Operations, Service and Sales, and Accounting departments. Candidate Requirements and Responsibilities: -Working knowledge of contractual service agreements. -Professional verbal and written communication skills – working with internal and external customers. -Learn the business practices to understand the Order Analyst role and influence our internal teams and our customers. -Accurate auditing of documents to assure adherence to all company guidelines -Strong attention to detail relative to item identification, cost set-up, inventory and delivery frequencies along with approval requirements. -Working independently to ensure our customers receive 100% accuracy in deliveries as well as billing statements. -Inputting accurate entry of final drafts of approved documents. -Research and problem solve internal and external customer questions and requests. Hours: 7am-3:30pm Pay: $21 an hour Apply here: The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience: -High School diploma, preferably an associate’s degree in finance or related field. -Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to problem solve -Self-starter and enjoys working independently -Strength in organizational skills as well as prioritizing and multi-tasking -Professionalism in team play, all written and verbal communication, articulation of ideas, perspectives and feedback. -Desire to learn, grow, support, and above all provide Genuine Service Excellence, which is the strongest trademark of ITU AbsorbTech, Inc.
