Apartment Hunting in UES

Hello Neighbors,  My boyfriend and I are starting our apartment search and would love to stay in the UES. Of course I've scoured StreetEasy, Apartments.com, etc., but figured since full inventory may not be posted I'd throw the question out here.  We are seeking a spacious 1BD with W/D in building (or in unit). Would love a newer building with private outdoor or rooftop access. Starting budget would be around $2,200-$2,400 (gonna see what that gets us in this market). Realize this is a shot in the dark but if you know of any good buildings, please share below. Thanks in advance!!! :D
