Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 05/18/2021 211371092 Preliminary information: On May 17th, 2021 at approximately 3:52 PM, Atlanta Police responded to a call of shots fired near 1371 Market St. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with an apparent gunshot wound. The male was transported to the hospital alert conscious and breathing. At this time, investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The investigation continues.
