PLEASE: NO CLEANING COMPANIES RESPOND WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE NOT A COMPANY Housekeeping Assistant: Is cleaning and organizing your niche? Looking for a housekeeping guru! Someone who specializes in keeping a house looking and running beautiful. The position includes: cleaning, organizing, errands, laundry, and many other household type tasks. This is a part time permanent position, up to 20 hours per week. Job requirements: • previous paid cleaning experience outside of your own home - references needed • communicate and read English very well • follow directions well and can switch tasks when asked • enjoy organizing and cleaning • no pet allergies • feel comfortable cleaning from a 10 foot ladder. • able to go up and down stairs easily • no smoking allowed on ranch • driver's license and good driving record required for running errands • background check The position pays per hour, depending on your experience, qualifications, and if you carry your own liability insurance. You will receive payment on the 1st and 15th of each month. We will withhold payroll taxes unless you are self-employed with your own liability insurance. We do offer paid holidays and benefits to qualifying employees. The goal of this position is to keep our home clean, organized, and running smoothly. The job will include deep cleaning (corners, etc.), including working from a ladder to get the high spots. We have three stairwells and there will be a lot of going up and down the stairs. You need to be able to work as a team (with our family and other employees on the ranch), follow directions as well as work independently. We have 4500 square feet of living space, plus a large business area in our house as well as a bathroom and tack room in our barn that will all be included in your cleaning areas. We have many animals at our ranch. If you are allergic or scared of animals, this job is not for you. Horses and goats and chickens and dogs and cats and bunnies - oh my! :) We are located in the Black Forest at the East end of Burgess Rd, just 3 miles North of Falcon.
