Need painter, plumber, handyman, laborer,gardner ,etc for remodel

Need the following professions for remodel of home. You will be paid as an independent contractor, must submit experience, references and pass a background check. you must have id. Painter- need person to prep home and paint, we will supply paint and primer Electrician- to install several light switches and plugs, motion lights, outside wall switches. Plumber- to install hot water recirculation system, faucet replaced, repair garbage disposal, water arrestors- we will pay for permit as it must be permitted by the city. Handyman-to make and install two gates, locks & hardware, install gate lock, remove wood and sand Landscaper- remove mulch and put down weed barrier, install sprinkler system, rototill yard, level pavers laborer- to move boxes, clean out bins,level pavers, etc We will supply materials on all jobs Office Clerk- need person to work in Office will train We do not pay by the hour, we pay only after the job is completed by check.
