Description

Work crew members may be assigned to a variety of projects including, but not limited to, recycling materials such as appliances; deconstruction or residential and commercial buildings; lawn maintenance; snow removal; janitorial tasks, and outside crew labor. A willingness to work on whatever type of project is available and assigned is essential. Minimum Qualifications: Must be willing to learn new skills Must be dependable and responsible to report for work everyday and as scheduled Must be willing to accept direction from supervisor Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to work effectively with a team Must be willing to work diligently to meet performance expectations Must be willing to lead by example Must be willing to accept other duties as assigned and as scheduled. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred: • Experience in construction • OSHA-10 certified • Have a valid driver’s license Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary Full-time 40 hours per week; 7:00am - 3:30pm Location: 813 N. 5th St. Minneapolis, MN 55401 Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
