We are looking for an independent contractor to assist with general maintenance at two office buildings in Downtown Pittsburgh. Some of the duties and responsibilities would include performing minor fixes, such as repairing locks, paint touch-ups, replacing light bulbs, etc. The successful candidate will have a basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
