Part-time Childcare Needed

I am looking for an experienced daycare, nanny or babysitter who is available to watch my 1 year old daughter about 3 days a week (potentially more) either at my home or at yours. The schedule would be during the work week, exact hours have not yet been figured out, but may require a full day (8am-5pm) or something to that degree. My husband will be returning to work in August, and I will be returning to in-office work around the same time, so we are looking for someone who can be flexible as we are figuring out our new schedule as it pertains to child care need. We are willing to pay competitively, and we care deeply about finding the right fit for our home and our daughter. We are open to professional childcare providers, or a stay-at-home mom who wants to make some extra income as they care for their own children. Must be willing to submit references, a background check, and maintain open communication with our family.
