small water valve leaking...needs replacing. Water line connects my house to a casita Located 2 feet below ground level in a little sprinkler box. Room to work around, but a bit muddy and awkward. photos hopefully attached. Also: Check out a fairly new 40 gallong electric hot water heater already installed but not used in years Check out garbage disposal electric switch. Brand new 3/4 hp runs fine, but not wired to wall switch yet. Minimum $200.
