Handyman needed 40+ hours per week for general work in residential rental property. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with the occasional Saturday emergency. The majority of work is in Overland Park and Olathe. On some occasions work will be in Belton, MO. Must have broad basic skills to include: replacing bathroom vanities, new toilets, water heaters and basic plumbing; Drywall patching and painting; install garage door openers; Replace/install doors and storm doors; siding repair; Kitchen cabinetry and counter top install.
