Need help moving from 1st floor to 2nd floor

I am moving from my first floor apartment one flight up to a new apartment on June 2nd. Need two helpers who can move the bigger bulky stuff up one flight of stairs. The usual furniture, couch, dressers, bed frames, mattresses. Should take no more than 4 hours. Tell me a little about yourselves as I want to be sure I have reliable, honest helpers.
