A business service company is seeking all-around Maintenance Technicians to clean, update, and repair construction trailers. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, as well as mopping and wiping walls, windows, and floors. Additionally, you may have to repair or build walls or handle some construction or building maintenance duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Qualified candidates must have prior building maintenance experience, must be safety-conscious, must take pride in your work, and must have a solid work history.
