Commercial Building Maintenance Position

Looking for a team member with good interpersonal skills and is able to address routine building maintenance. Examples are, but not limited to, changing lightbulbs, replacing handlesets, changing HVAC filters, and looking into tenant issues. Our main office is located in Solon, OH, but our properties are located in both Cleveland / Akron. Experience in any trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is nice to have, but not necessary. Requirements are: a valid drivers license, a reliable mode of transportation, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm, have your own basic tools (Screwdrivers, Drills, Hammers, Wrenches, etc.).
