We are seeking a positive and organized individual to join our cleaning team as a HOUSEKEEPER located at our headquarters in CARLSBAD, CA! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Dust furniture; wash walls, ceilings and woodwork, windows, door panels and sills. Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies and hallways. Rearrange small furniture if needed. May sweep, scrub and wax floors. Empty wastebaskets, exterior trash pick up, parking lot cleaning Transport trash and waste to disposal area. Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, elevators, elevator landings, stairways and hallways as scheduled. Complete housekeeping supply order. Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed. Perform emergency housekeeping when accidents or special needs arise. Follow department safety standards, practice body mechanic techniques and participate in safety programs. Follow highest standards of cleanliness. Follow all federal, state and corporate policies, health codes and guidelines. Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Wear safety equipment as required for the job. Report any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisor. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Previous housekeeping or cleaning/detail experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to print and speak simple sentences.
