Looking to work by the beach this summer? Work in property management and assist with a vacation rental’s property inspections! Job Summary: We are a local vacation rental company who strives for the “WOW” factor. We have a core team that focuses on every aspect of our guests’ experience. Our team is cross trained to cover various duties such as, inspections of properties and small repairs, reservationist duties, problem solving and some after business hours support. Job Responsibilities: • “In the field” inspections of properties prior and in between guest arrivals • Set-up, maintenance and management of property needs • Efficient and effective communication skills when working in the field • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, be proactive and anticipate any operational and maintenance needs, identify problems and recommend solutions • Ability to work as a team player to help in all aspects as needed • Excellent verbal and written skills and handy-person interest • Must be able to work weekends during peak summer season June-August with some additional compensation offered for on-call after business hours support Job Requirements: • Must be available immediately, full-time position with weekend and after hour on-call availability required • Experience in property management a plus but not required, looking for someone who is handy, not afraid to get their hands dirty and a problem solver! • High school diploma or equivalent (Required), college a plus • CA Driver’s license, insurance and clear record, own vehicle to move between properties • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and have excellent attention to detail • Strong work ethic, self motivated and self sufficient • Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, be proactive and anticipate any operational needs, identify problems and recommend solutions • Must be proficient in basic computer skills and in Microsoft Office programs • Unique job with flexibility and remote office work • Field work-inspections with some physical labor • Positive attitude, organized, clear communicator If you don’t meet some of the qualifications please still submit if you feel you are a good candidate.
