Wage:
$19 -$21.50 per hour based on experience

Hours:
Eight (8) hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. The work schedule is flexible between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Needed Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
Basic plumbing knowledge.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Basic tool knowledge.
Painting and drywall experience. (Not necessary but preferred)
Duties:
Comply with safety regulations, including maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on facilities.
Snake drains and other minor plumbing repair.
Inspect lighting and change light bulbs.
Perform minor dry walling, painting, and wood staining.
Perform minor gate and lock repairs.
Experience:
Two years in apartment or other related facilities maintenance.
