We are a busy, small General Construction Company, we have immediate need to hire experienced Electrician, Steel Workman and Skilled Framer to join our teams. Electrician and Framer Must have experience in the trade. Electrical contractor are welcome. Require able to work full time, long term. Framer's Duties: - Measure, cut, and install wood & metal framing ( walls, ceilings, roofs) according to plans - Build walls and ceilings using various size and gauge metal studs or wood. Framer's Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience of rough framing and metal stud framing. - Experience operating skill saw, chop saw, reciprocating saw, drills, nail guns. - Tools: Levels, tape measure, drill, nail bar, screwdrivers, framing hammer. - Reliable transportation, start to work on time every day. - Able to lift 50lbs $20-$25/Hour Electrician's Duties: - Must be experienced in reading blueprints - Running Conduit, wiring devices - Feed to, pull into distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switchgear, receptacles, and switches - Must be able to work independently - Must be able to work according to safety guidelines, OSHA, and workplace policies. - Build and install control panels $20-$28/Hour Senior Steel workman Duties: - Read blueprint, performance structural welding, - Able to do iron welding in the field - Fabricated steel frames, columns and beams. - Certificated is plus $20-$26/Hour We also in need of apprentice in Electrical and HVAC trade, at least one year experienced. $16-$20/Hour. Mandatory: - Valid driver's license - Can operate comment construction power tools - Must have reliable transportation and start to work on time every day. - Able to lift 50lbs.
